How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

2. Use the subject line:
   "Account Deletion Request – Civic Issue Admin"
3. Include your registered email ID and full name in the email body

Processing Time

Once we receive your account deletion request, our team will verify your identity and process the request promptly.

• Requests are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
• No action is required from your end after submitting the request.

Data Retention Policy

Upon successful verification of your deletion request, Scaleorange will permanently remove your personal data from our systems.

• All personal data will be permanently deleted upon verification.
• Account credentials, profile information, and activity logs will be erased.
• Certain records may be retained if required for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes as mandated by applicable law.
